1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BossBya website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on our site are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; BossBya does not store your full card details on its own servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or errors in product information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. BossBya is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. 5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, customer accounts, or connected systems; interfere with site security or operation; scrape or copy site content through automated means without permission; submit false information; impersonate another person; introduce malware; or use our products, content, or services in a way that violates another person's rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to BossBya and is protected by intellectual-property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our prior written permission. Our brand name, logo, and related names and slogans are trademarks of BossBya.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BossBya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Informal Resolution, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Before starting a formal claim, you and BossBya agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice is sent to support@bossbya.com. Except for eligible small-claims matters, requests for urgent injunctive relief, and disputes that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, unresolved disputes will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a mutually agreed, recognised arbitration provider under its applicable consumer rules, remotely or in a reasonably convenient location. You and BossBya waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If this arbitration or class-waiver provision is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may proceed in a court with jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where BossBya operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
